The position oversees service & parts activities, budgets, hiring, training, and branch performance, with a strong emphasis on compliance and sound business practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role.
• Mechanical background through education or experience.
• Preferred - Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service & parts activities at the branch.
• Responsible for P&L and financials for branch.
• Manage hiring & branch personnel.
• Training and developing of team members through continual improvement.
• Handle Customer and Dealer relations, service contracts.
• Manage branch inventory control.
• Set yearly budget for branch operations & forecast service/parts sales for the branch.
• Continual monitoring and reporting of key branch performance measures.
• Responsible for sound business practices.
• Compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
• Facility Management, building and grounds.
• Propose capital expenditures.
