Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance.
• 6+ years leadership experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Knowledge of wholesale distribution industry and supply chain concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement programs to maximize return on sales.
• Initiate new and improve existing programs to meet financial targets.
• Monitor competitive conditions and adapt strategies in the territory.
• Oversee branch budget and report performance via the Branch Steering Committee.
• Manage staff and delegate effectively to achieve branch goals.
