This leadership role offers accountability for branch operations and a strong focus on safety and customer service. You will oversee service and parts, manage P&L, hire and develop staff, handle dealer relations, set budgets, forecast sales, monitor performance, and ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience directing a team at a service branch.
• Mechanical background through education or experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred from a four-year college.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service & parts activities at the branch.
• Responsible for P&L and financials for the branch.
• Manage hiring and branch personnel.
• Train and develop team members through continual improvement.
• Handle customer and dealer relations and service contracts.
• Manage branch inventory control and budgets.
• Set yearly budget and forecast service/parts sales.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and reporting.
• Utilize management tools and ensure sound business practices.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance and facility upkeep.
