Job summary

Qualifications

6+ years’ experience in customer service with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity in financial services.
3+ years’ leadership experience or demonstrated leadership.
2+ years’ consumer lending experience or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

Accountable for overall branch sales, service, and operational performance.
Drive Westerra Experience adoption of new technologies by branch staff.
Develop and execute branch and role-specific goals tied to budget and strategic objectives.
Coach staff on member service behaviors and opportunities to help members succeed financially.
Oversee scheduling, security, cash and vault management, expenses and ledgers, and audits.
Recruit, interview, and onboard branch staff; ensure strong onboarding for new hires.
