Applied Industrial Technologies seeks a Branch Manager to lead the Inside and Outside Sales team with P&L responsibility. This role focuses on sales development, strategic planning, and coaching to drive growth across diverse industrial customers.

You will work under the Regional Manager, manage service center activities, develop sales programs, and lead a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer relations and bottom-line results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven B2B outside industrial sales experience.
• Leadership experience, team building.
• Strong written & verbal communication & English grammar skills.
• Ability / desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.
• Problem solving, multi-tasking, sense of urgency, sense of humor.
• Bearings and/or power transmission sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inside and Outside Sales team under Regional Manager.
• Manage service center P&L, profitability and growth.
• Develop and implement service center sales activities & strategies.
• Identify and evaluate new customers, market conditions, opportunities, and competitive pressures.
• Coach and mentor Account Managers; lead training for sales expertise & product knowledge.
• Ensure high customer relations & satisfaction; protect and grow margins.
