Formación

• 3+ years proven B2B outside industrial sales experience
• Leadership experience, team building
• Strong written & verbal communication & English grammar skills
• Bearings and/or power transmission sales experience a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead Inside and Outside Sales team under Regional Manager
• Develop and coach Account Managers and field personnel
• Manage service center activities, profitability, growth, and promotions
• Identify new customers and market opportunities, expand market share
• Create a positive, dynamic, and fun work environment
