The Restaurant Store seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales and oversee a 30,000 sq.ft. facility serving B2B customers. You will manage staffing, inventory, safety, and process improvements while upholding company values and standards.

You will also mentor 25–40 team members, optimize schedules, and expand membership, TRS.com usage, and marketing opportunities within the local market.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage ~30,000 sq.ft. warehouse/retail operation in B2B sales.
• Achieve sales targets and KPI accountability with the team.
• Develop and train 25-40 team members with company values.
• Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures, including handling escalated issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and regulatory compliance.
• Develop 4–5 week store work schedules communicated two weeks in advance.
• Support Membership and Gold Membership growth locally.
• Grow TRS.com usage across the customer base.
• Create marketing leads and opportunities for future growth.
• Oversee safety and maintenance of building and equipment.
• Identify charitable organizations to support locally.
