Job summary

The Branch Manager Intern with The Restaurant Store will gain a day-to-day operations perspective in a retail branch environment and become a contributor to a high level of customer service and satisfaction. The Branch Manager Intern will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective customer service strategies that align with the goals of our sales, purchasing, and inventory teams.

Qualifications

• Requires familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM/project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B sales and customer service to build and develop relationships with customers.
• Follow the TRS process: build brand awareness, assess needs, exceed expectations, build loyalty.
• Perform basic cashier duties and load products into customer vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restocking shelves, and merchandising.
• Analyze basic inventory data to determine product availability and reorder status.
• Promote private label brands to maximize TRS gross profit.
• Educate customers on TRS advantages (people, tech, price).
• Educate customers on the Brick and Click model.
