Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the East Hartford, CT area. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and supporting operations.

The program covers sales, customer service, finance and leadership, with mentoring and a clear path toward branch management. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and candidates must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch as a Management Trainee.
• Support customers and colleagues while developing core skills in sales, service, and operations.
• Participate in a structured program with mentoring and a clear path toward branch management.
