Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the greater West Hartford, CT area. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches.

You’ll be mentored in customer service, sales, finance and operations and will progressively take on responsibilities to run your own branch in time. Bachelor’s degree is required and you must be 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related incident on driving record within the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Learn to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while putting customers first.
• Develop relationships in the community and contribute to branch growth.
