Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Enfield/Windsor, CT area. You will train across sales, business development, customer service, and operations to eventually run your own Enterprise branch.

You’ll receive mentoring and hands-on learning while building community relationships. Starting compensation targets $56,500 for a 45-hour week, with a clear path for advancement within Enterprise Mobility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related incident on driving record within the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be a current resident or moving to Connecticut or Western Massachusetts within 30 days of application date or post graduation if currently enrolled in college.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, master the knowledge to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support; build community relationships essential to growing your own business.
• Learn excellence in customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations, always putting customers first.
