• Manage a 30,000 sq.ft. warehouse/retail operation in a B2B sales environment
• Achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs against budgets
• Develop and train 25–40 team members with consistent processes and company values
• Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations for efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to company standards, handling escalated complaints and incidents
• Maintain accurate inventory and compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Create a 4– to 5-week work schedule communicated two weeks in advance
• Apply DISC profiling to build a cohesive, high-performing team
• Support Membership and Gold Membership growth in the local market
• Promote TRS.com usage across the customer base
• Identify marketing leads and opportunities for future growth
• Oversee safety and maintenance of building and equipment; identify charities to support locally

Job Summary

The Branch Manager with The Restaurant Store is responsible for leading the daily operations of a retail location.The Branch Manager is responsible for accomplishing a variety of operational goals encompassing sales, marketing, staffing, inventory control, and customer relations.

• Manage ~30,000sq.ft. warehouse / retail operation in business-to-business sales environment
• Achieve sales targets and ensure accountability with team against established budgets and KPIs
• Develop and train 25-40 team members to ensure consistent processes and procedures while role modeling our Company values
• Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective
• Ensure that Company standards and procedures are followed, including management of escalated customer and/or employee complaints, incident reports, and legal actions
• Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure that products or services comply with regulatory and quality standards
• Develop a 4- to 5-week work schedule for the store that is communicated 2 weeks in advance
• Understand and utilize a deep understanding of DISC profiling to build a cohesive and high-performing team
• Support Membership and Gold Membership growth year over year within the local market
• Support the growth and utilization of TRS.com across our customer base
• Create and identify marketing leads and opportunities within the local market that support future growth
• Manage the overall safety and maintenance needs of the building and equipment
• Identify charitable organizations to support within the local market
