Enterprise Mobility in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Management Trainee to begin a path toward branch leadership. You will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood location, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise.

The program emphasizes customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with mentorship and a culture of promotion from within. Eligible candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and meet the established requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulated experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or leadership roles in the last 5 years.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Trainee (MT), start learning the business from day one based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, learn to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Learn to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations, always keeping customers first.
