Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, offering hands-on learning across sales, customer service, and operations. Trainees rotate through branch roles and build the foundation to run their own location with mentoring and real responsibilities.

You’ll develop core skills in customer service, sales, and operations while being guided by a structured program focused on internal promotion and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and hands-on learning to run a branch in the future.
• Develop customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations skills.
• Build relationships in the community to grow the business.
