Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Nogales, AZ. As an MT, you’ll learn the business from day one and work at one of our neighborhood branches.

You will represent Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience in operations and customer service, with a path to manage a branch and lead a team. Bachelor's degree required; 1 year of related experience in sales or leadership; valid driver’s license; US work authorization; age 18+.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year of cumulated experience in the last 5 years in sales, retail, hospitality, or related leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in last 3 years.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for this role in the last 12 months.
