Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Escanaba, MI. You will train across sales, customer service, and operations, with a path to running your own branch and mentoring a team.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or near graduation), a valid driver's license with minimal driving violations, and at least 1 year in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership. Benefits start in the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or within 1 semester of graduation.
• Valid drivers license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Begin training in Enterprise Mobility's Management Training program at a neighborhood branch.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to support branch goals.
• Develop relationships in the community to help build your own business within the team.
• Aim to eventually run your own Enterprise Mobility branch and lead a team.
