Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Greensburg, PA is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, with a clear path toward running your own store and developing your team.

The program blends customer service, sales, and operations, with mentoring and a culture of promotion from within. A Bachelor's degree and at least six months in customer service or sales are required, plus a valid driver's license and US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Management Training Program to learn the business from day one.
• Work toward running a branch, cultivating new business and developing the team.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and partners.
• Learn sales, marketing, finance, and operations as part of the program.
