Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in the Uniontown, PA area. You’ll start by learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch and serve as the front-line ambassador to customers while also handling essential operations.

The program trains you to manage sales, customer service, finance and operations with mentoring and growth opportunities. Eligible candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate within the Management Training program at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while handling behind-the-scenes operations.
• Develop skills to eventually run your own branch and grow the business.
