Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Sales Management Training Program in Hazleton, PA. As a MT, you’ll begin learning our business from day one, rotating through sales, customer service, and operations while based at a local branch.

This structured program offers training, mentoring, and a clear path to branch leadership, with promotion from within and a 46-hour work week and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• You will start in our Sales Management Training program, based out of a neighborhood branch.
• You will learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• The program trains you to eventually run your own branch, build relationships, and lead a team.
