Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in Lodi, CA, is seeking a Branch Manager III who will begin training at a nearby branch before transitioning to the new Lodi location upon opening.

As an exempt leader, you will coach your team, manage branch operations, drive member satisfaction, and uphold compliance and community impact. This role reports to the Director - Branch Member Service and Performance and is part of the Branch Channel Delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
• 3+ years of progressively responsible management experience within a retail or financial institution required

Responsibilities

• Leads overall performance and member service objectives aligned with our mission, vision and core values.
• Plans and directs branch operations, including compliance with regulations and policies.
• Creates a positive branch service culture and partners with other departments.
• Identifies community events and participates to expand outreach.
• Hires, trains, develops, and evaluates all branch staff.
