Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in Lodi seeks an Associate Branch Manager III to lead the team at its new branch after initial training at a neighboring location. This non-exempt role reports to the Branch Manager and focuses on delivering outstanding member service while coordinating daily branch operations.

You will develop staff, ensure compliance, and drive branch performance through effective people leadership, scheduling, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Human Resources or equivalent work experience preferred
• 3+ years progressively responsible supervisory experience within a retail environment or financial institution required

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of exceptional member experience on the platform and teller line.
• Manages, directs and supervises day to day activities of Member Service Specialists.
• Train and coach employees on sound operational and compliance requirements across all areas of the branch.
• Create and maintain staff scheduling that aligns with meeting branch member service demands.
• Assists Branch Manager in marketing the Credit Union to outside potential fields of membership in their location.
