Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Advanced knowledge of the competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.
• Working knowledge of branch operational processes, technologies, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, audit standards, and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and executes a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Establishes personal referral networks and conducts sales calls to meet objectives.
• Probes customer needs for personal banking and credit cards and integrates marketing promotions.
• Develops and maintains a community network to boost visibility and referrals.
• Manages customer relationships, resolves issues, and ensures service quality and compliance.
