Job summary

Rogue Credit Union in Medford, Oregon, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee multiple locations, supervise staff, coaching and developing personnel to grow member relationships and loyalty.

You will recruit, train, assess performance, ensure exceptional member experiences, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Facilities and Security to keep branches safe and welcoming. Travel to regions may be required; this is an exempt leadership role.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of branch leadership or related experience.
• Experience in recruiting, coaching and evaluating staff.
• Knowledge of regulations and credit union guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations at assigned branch(es) and supervise staff.
• Develop personnel to increase member loyalty and branch sales goals.
• Represent Rogue Credit Union in the community and maintain branch appearance and security.
• Prepare reports and participate in management meetings.
