Bring leadership, strong communication, and a track record of process improvement. You will report to Regional Management and coordinate with other offices to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance and budgetary controls.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be accepted with prior approval.
• Must complete a nationwide criminal background check to include fingerprints.
• Knowledge of DMV laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to plan, direct, and evaluate branch operations and employee performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Directs daily branch operations to ensure staffing, workflow, customer service, and compliance with agency standards.
• Oversees hiring, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, employee development, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversees financial transactions, deposits, refunds, inventory, audits, and internal controls.
• Ensures professional, accurate, and timely customer service and maintains effective communication with staff and stakeholders.
• Maintains building security, cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and surrounding grounds.
• Performs additional duties as assigned, including supporting other offices and required training.
