Formación

• Bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
• Must complete a nationwide criminal background check including fingerprints.
• CDL knowledge test examiner trainer course and exam required.
• Knowledge of DMV laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to plan, direct, and evaluate branch operations and employee performance.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily branch operations to ensure efficient staffing, workflow, customer service, and compliance with agency standards.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage financial transactions, deposits, refunds, inventory, and audits with accountability.
• Ensure professional, accurate, and timely customer service and clear communication of priorities.
• Maintain facility security, cleanliness, safety, and grounds; report and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and support other offices as needed; travel as required.
