Job summary

Shore United Bank in Severna Park, MD is seeking a Branch Manager II to lead our Severna Park branch and deliver a superior customer and team experience. You will coach staff, manage daily branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sales by cross-selling banking products.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent banking experience, 3-5 years in branch management, and a Federal NMLS license or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent banking experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in branch management and supervisory role.
• Experience in business development.
• Leadership role with coaching/mentoring ability.
• Federal NMLS License required or ability to get licensed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch.
• Set growth, sales, and profit objectives for the branch and measure performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide superior customer service and identify client needs.
• Open new accounts and assist customers with changes as needed.
• Promote branch growth through cross-selling and staff development.
• Process loans within policy and answer inquiries on loans and rates.
• Develop partnerships with financial partners and business colleagues.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems/concerns.
• Participate in community activities and branch meetings.
• Lead performance reviews, promotions, and staff development.
