Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bank Teller.
• Ability to lead and develop a team; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate branch staff by scheduling work, directing workflow, and balancing daily cash items.
• Establish new banking relationships and service accounts.
• Oversee customer service and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coach staff to refer bank products and services.
• Supervise paying/receiving services and handle cash management.
• Conduct monthly audits and security checks.
• Provide performance feedback and mentor team.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of records.
