Shore United Bank in Bowie, MD, seeks a Branch Manager II to lead the Bowie branch, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer service for the community.

You will coach and develop a team, oversee daily operations, maintain regulatory compliance, pursue new business opportunities, and partner with leaders across lines of business to strengthen client relationships. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent banking experience.
• 3–5 years' experience in branch management and supervision.
• NMLS license required or ability to obtain after hire.
• Experience in business development and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch.
• Establish growth, sales, and profit objectives and measure performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide superior customer service to identify additional client needs.
• Open new accounts and assist customers with changes as needed.
• Cross-sell banking products and develop staff through coaching.
• Loan processing within policy; handle inquiries on loans, rates, and schedules.
• Conduct business development calls to prospective and current customers.
• Develop partnerships with other departments and advisors to deepen relationships.
• Handle customer problems and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in community activities and networking events.
• Lead team huddles and branch meetings; communicate goals clearly.
