You will coach and develop staff, partner with other business lines, and promote cross-selling of banking products. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in branch leadership, plus an NMLS license or ability to obtain one, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a branch management/supervisory role.
• Federal NMLS License required or ability to obtain license after hiring.
