Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience required.
• A two-year college degree or equivalent certification/training is expected.

• Ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts at first level.

Responsibilities

• Direct, develop, motivate and coach branch staff to meet service standards.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating employees within the branch.
• Represent the branch in community relations and with partner organizations.
• Prepare and submit standard reports; attend management meetings as needed.
• Monitor branch activities for compliance with policies and security standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
