Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lending, and customer service at a full-service branch in Dayton. You will lead staff, drive sales, and ensure adherence to policy while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities include staff development, achieving branch goals, and building community relationships to generate new business and retain clients. A strong leader with finance experience will thrive.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3–5 years consumer finance or related experience.
Experience in personnel management and budgeting.
Strong communication, organization, and sales skills.
Proficient with loan software, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Manage and motivate staff to meet branch goals and profitability.
Make loan decisions within lending limits and oversee delinquency management.
Develop new business and maintain client relationships through referrals and retention.
Provide leadership, training and supervision; delegate day-to-day operations.
