Job summary

Sun East Federal Credit Union in Aston, PA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional member service in a cooperative environment. You will supervise staff, promote the full range of credit union products, and ensure accurate, efficient service at all times.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in a financial institution, excellent communication and people skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Branch Office.
• Manages personnel, performance, and promotions.
• Maintains two-way communication with staff and senior management.
• Ensures accurate information on products and services is provided to members.
• Resolves member questions and complaints, and maintains vault and branch security.
• Monitors branch scorecards, reports, and document scanning workflows.
• Promotes cross-selling of credit union services and referrals to SERIS when appropriate.
