Job summary

Univest seeks a Financial Center Manager for our new Easton, PA location to lead daily branch operations, coach teammates, and ensure a welcoming customer experience. You’ll drive results, advocate sound banking practices, and partner across lines of business to support community growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalency required.
• NMLS registration within regulated guidelines.
• Strong written/verbal/organizational skills required.
• Demonstrated independent decision‑making skills, effective delegation and leadership.
• Proven sales, customer service, business development and leadership performance.
• Advanced knowledge of consumer and business lending and credit processes preferred.
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Univest’s consumer and commercial products and services.
• Motivate and coach staff to work as a team to achieve goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales and acquisition strategies.
• Coach, evaluate and develop staff with career path and succession planning focus.
• Generate and maintain expected sales and performance goals.
• Monitor and maintain branch profitability.
• Identify and develop prospective leads for new business.
• Cultivate existing business relationships.
• Partner with other lines of business to formulate selling strategies for prospective and existing customers.
• Represent the bank in civic and community functions.
• Join and actively participate in at least one civic or non-profit organization.
• Periodically participate in bank-sponsored events and community activities.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Univest Code of Conduct.
• Perform additional duties as required.
