As a key member of the team, you will train staff, manage member accounts, and ensure accurate processing of new and existing member files. A strong emphasis on teamwork and community focus is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years Prior Supervisory Experience preferred.
• Proven ability to sell while building lasting relationships.
• Good public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good Organizational Skills.
• Basic typing and math skills.
• Previous Banking and/or credit union experience.
• Previous Loan experience.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Background checks and a pre-employment drug test are conducted.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall efficient operation of the Branch under the Branch Manager’s guidance.
• Lead staff to maintain a positive sales environment and introduce members to credit union products and services.
• Cross-sell, up-sell, and evaluate ChexSystems for new accounts.
• Assist with teller operations, including check encoding and ATM settlements.
• Fill in for branch roles when necessary, including vault duties and cash handling.
