Qualifications

• Proficiency in technology and analytics is required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and monitor the annual business plan to ensure profitability of the branch.
• Direct reservations and pickups; build relationships with vendors.
• Implement location strategies to maximize profitability and revenue per unit.
• Address and resolve customer service issues to meet goals.
• Coach staff and empower them to resolve problems and improve customer relations.
• Participate in external sales activities to promote the brand and branch.
