Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, modify and assure compliance with the annual business plan for profitability.
• Direct and organize reservations and pickups; build vendor relations with Lyft, Uber and Pep-boys.
• Develop and implement location strategies to maximize profitability and revenue per unit.
• Handle or assist in resolving customer service issues and maintain service levels.
• Coach staff and empower problem resolution; attend outside meetings to promote the branch.
• Lead weekly staff meetings; conduct monthly business reviews; ensure KPI knowledge.
