Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach staff and empower them to resolve problems with customers.
• Attend or host outside sales meetings to promote Hertz and the branch.
• Increase market penetration and branch revenue; align objectives with corporate goals.
• Mentor and train branch staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
