Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Branch Manager I in Colorado Springs to oversee all Hertz Global brands and ensure exceptional service to customers, vendors and partners. The role requires leadership across operations, budgets, safety, and strategy to drive profitability and a positive employee culture.

You will supervise staff, develop business plans, manage vendor relations, and mentor team members while maintaining KPI performance and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in car rental, hospitality, or tourism is a plus.
• Result-oriented with a demonstrated history of success.
• Ability to direct and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, modify and ensure compliance with the annual business plan for profitability.
• Direct reservations and pick-ups; build relationships with vendors.
• Implement location strategies to maximize revenue and ROI.
• Handle or resolve customer service issues; maintain high service levels.
• Coach staff and empower problem resolution and customer relations.
• Participate in outside sales events to promote the company and branch.
• Increase market penetration and branch revenue; align objectives with corporate goals.
• Lead training, coaching and performance reviews for staff.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings; run Monthly Business Reviews to ensure KPI knowledge.
