Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of banking policies and compliance regulations required.
• Experience in management and coaching of a team required.
• Experience in banking or sales required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) or ability to obtain.
• Occasionally lift and/or move items over 10 pounds.
• Remain seated for extended periods when needed.
• Track record of referring clients to all business lines and meeting sales goals.
• Take initiative and use sound judgement in decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and coach staff for performance.
• Manage customer relationships and support sales and service objectives.
• Develop and achieve individual and branch sales goals.
• Conduct outside sales to generate new business and deepen relationships.
• Take consumer loan applications and work with Central Loan Processing.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk management procedures.
• Represent Lincoln Savings Bank in the community and events.
