Job summary

Lincoln Savings Bank is seeking a Branch Manager I to lead daily branch operations, coach staff, and drive customer interactions and sales results. You will oversee vaults, tellers, and service quality while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls.

The ideal candidate has banking or sales experience, strong communication, and a track record of team development. A relevant degree is preferred; NMLS eligibility is a plus. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of banking policies and compliance regulations required.
• Experience in management and coaching of a team required.
• Experience in banking or sales required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and coach staff to meet service objectives.
• Manage customer relationships and drive branch sales goals.
• Conduct outside sales to generate new consumer and business banking clients.
• Supervise teller and customer service duties and assist with transactions.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer relationships and interactions.
• Interview, hire, train, and coach branch staff; assign workload and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies; address escalated customer issues.
• Take consumer loan applications and coordinate with Central Loan Processing.
