Job summary

United Bank is seeking a capable manager to lead branch initiatives and deliver exceptional service. This role requires a minimum of two years in a leadership capacity, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and compliance with NMLS licensing within 90 days.

Spanish language skills are a plus as is strong sales, planning, and coaching ability. Responsibilities include coordinating with staff at all levels, traveling to other branches as needed, and maintaining flexible hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years in a management capacity required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Spanish or additional language a plus.
• Must possess an NMLS license or obtain NMLS license within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to complete ongoing NMLS training and ensure SAFE Act compliance is required.
• Strong sales and service skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable.
