ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Indianapolis seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead Installation, Service and Sales operations across multiple teams. You will drive performance, manage a skilled workforce, and build strong relationships with healthcare and retail clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure profitable project execution.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and strategic coordination with the factory and sales teams to achieve district goals and service

Qualifications

• Direct experience managing employees in multiple installation and service divisions, within one location.
• Minimum of 5 years in a multi-phased operation with history of long-term employment.
• Background developing a service company including driving demand service, maintenance contracts and growth, and field efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Installation, Service, and Sales departments and support staff, plus field teams and subcontractors.
• Meet established goals and growth objectives under District Manager guidance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with End-users in Health Care and Retail, General Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architects and Suppliers.
• Foster a professional, motivated workforce and develop managers and administrative personnel.
• Coordinate with Factory regarding backlog and work in progress; align labor hours and margins on projects.
• Collaborate with Branch Sales to determine labor hours and margins; review forecasts and projections.
