Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking a Selling Branch Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead a high-energy branch in an on-site role. You will drive revenue, build client partnerships, and coach a recruiting team to deliver top-tier results.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of outside B2B staffing sales experience, a track record of new business development, and strong leadership skills to manage a small team in a rapidly growing, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven outside B2B sales experience in staffing preferred.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and meeting revenue quotas.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a major plus.
• Self-motivated and competitive; thrives in a performance-driven culture.
• Leadership ability and comfort managing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth.
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits with a consultative approach.
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and deepening client partnerships.
• Act as player-coach - lead and coach a small recruiting team while managing your own client portfolio.
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements.
• Deliver on individual and branch sales goals while driving profitability.
• Track competitor moves and market trends to stay ahead locally.
