Responsibilities

• Lead, build, and develop a dedicated sales team in the Charlotte market.
• Hire, coach, and mentor sales team members to achieve goals.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Understand the market and target customers, and set direction accordingly.
• Review and approve deals within guidelines.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends.
