The ideal candidate has a strong staffing sales background, demonstrable success in new business development, and the ability to motivate a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience
• Outside B2B sales experience in staffing is highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in new business development and hitting revenue quotas
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a plus
• Self-motivated, competitive; thrives in a performance-driven culture
• Leadership ability and comfort managing a small team

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits with a consultative approach
• Grow existing accounts by offering additional staffing solutions and strengthening client partnerships
• Act as player-coach to lead and coach a recruiting team while managing your own client portfolio
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements
• Deliver on sales goals and drive branch profitability
• Monitor competitor moves and local market trends to stay ahead
