Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• No Degree is required but relevant experience and certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance.
• Drives revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions for financial well-being.
• Leads and coaches a broad range of ecosystem partners and ensures risk management and compliance.
• Builds a high performing team through onboarding, coaching and development of branch members.
• Leads a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and grow branch revenue.
