Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years banking, client service, or retail experience.
• Three years supervisory experience.
• Strong client service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and risk controls.
• Ability to manage schedules, staffing and training.
• Experience with lending products and mortgage regulation preferred.

• Provide strategic leadership for branch operations and sales.
• Develop sales and business development goals and objectives.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals for Relationship Bankers.
• Ensure compliance with internal audits, legal regulations, and procedures.
• Identify fraud and follow proper procedures.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and guide clients.
• Engage in community events and partnerships.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure coverage.
• Travel to other branches or client locations as needed.
