Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of three years banking, client service, or retail experience; lending experience preferred.
• Three years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, client service, sales, and business development.
• Develop sales goals and monitor achievement for Relationship Bankers.
• Provide strategic leadership and plan workflow to address staffing/resource challenges.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and manage risk, fraud prevention, and loan regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff and maintain staff performance.
