Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years related work experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Salesforce CRM and sales management experience required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking or Creole-speaking preferred but not required.
• Notary Public preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Bardonia, NY branch operations and member experience.
• Oversee branch activities, sales, and branch efficiency.
• Develop branch budget and business plan to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Build long-lasting relationships with personal and business members and drive loan/deposit growth.
