Responsibilities

Actively support and promote the credit union’s core values and professional standards.
Provide supervision, training, and guidance to branch staff.
Set performance goals and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
Resolve member inquiries promptly and maintain high service levels.
Oversee branch operations including cash handling and account maintenance.
Monitor financial performance and work toward deposit growth and profitability.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and internal policies.
Assist in marketing and outreach to attract new members.
